Weider Bedtime Complex is the perfect solution for natural rest without melatonin.

The formula contains KSM-66 ashwagandha extract - the highest concentration, full-spectrum root extract on the market today, retaining all the natural constituents of the herb in the original balance. It has the highest percentage of withanolides of all branded root-only extracts available today.

Lemon balm, Chamomile, lavender and passionflower extracts and a source of highly bioavailable magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate).
