Schwartz Garlic Granules are a convenient alternative to fresh garlic. They disperse easily, making them ideal for sauces, soups and marinades. For a Mediterranean twist on Yorkshire pudding, add to the batter with parsley, thyme and oregano. Rub into a leg of lamb with rosemary and sea salt before serving. Add extra flavour to olives by marinating in olive oil, Garlic Granules and lemon juice.
