Distilled at Cameronbridge Distillery, founded in 1824 by John Haig, Haig Club is matured exclusively in fresh, bourbon casks creating a scotch whisky which is sweet, light and easy to drink

Tasting Notes

A light straw colour with a delicate texture. A combination of sweet toffee, popcorn, coconut and butterscotch on the nose balanced by some zestier citrus notes and some crisp, green apple freshness. Hints of toffee, maple syrup and salted caramel all contribute to the deliciously creamy texture, which is complimented perfectly by fresh notes of apple, lemon and mint. A relatively smooth and clean finish.

Serving suggestion: The Baller’s Lemon Drop

50 ml Haig Club Clubman
15 ml simple syrup
Crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves

Combine ingredients in a cup and muddle with the sumple syrup.

Add Haig Club and crushed ice and stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.

Top up with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
