BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Flakes contain 100% magnesium chloride, lavender and chamomile to help slow sensory activity and quieten the mind in preparation for sleep. Soaking in a magnesium-rich bath before bed helps promote relaxation, soothing tired and aching muscles.

Directions:

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relaz for 20 minutes.

Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
