Schwartz Whole Black Peppercorns have a spicy, pungent flavour that is released when freshly ground. Ideal for use in all peppermills. Excite both sweet and savoury dishes with a twist of freshly ground black pepper. Combine with mustard seeds, crushed chillies and distilled white wine vinegar for a delicious pickling spice for whole garlic cloves. Add to a Court Bouillon with bay leaves and lemon slices and use to poach fish and seafood.
