These venison steaks are the very finest steaks cut from the haunch (back leg). Cut and trimmed to the perfect size, these tender steaks are extremely lean. They can be served like a classic steak or be added to a variety of different recipes.

Venison is one of the healthiest meats available, low in cholesterol and fat, and high in protein. It has also recently been found to be high in omega 3 fatty acids, a polyunsaturated fatty acid essential for good health.

Holme Farmed Venison cuts are produced from their own and associated parks and farms conforming to all the highest welfare standards, with full traceability and quality assurance. Their animals are naturally reared on grass pastures guaranteeing a beautifully flavoured lean and tender red meat.
