Topping's Quiche Lorraines are hand made using only the highest quality ingredients. A vegetarian pastry case lovingly filled with a delicious mixture of fresh eggs and evaporated milk combined with British ham, tomato and Cheddar cheese seasoned with salt, pepper & mustard and topped with fresh tomato slices. Topping's ethos has always been about taste and flavour, and this Quiche Lorraine is a celebration of both.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0 - 4℃. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze in a thick freezer bag with all air removed before freezing. To defrost, remove all packaging and place on a cooling rack (not on a plate or the pastry will have a soggy bottom), cover and put in a cool dry place preferably overnight until fully defrosted and placed in the refrigerator.
