100% Iberico de Bellota ham - this is impeccably sourced from the famous Ibérico Town of Jabugo, Huelva Spain. The Puche family have been farming for over 50 years with their pigs foraging on freshly fallen acorns for exceptional quality and taste.
The Chorizo is slowly cured for 3 months with fine Spanish smoked paprika. It is ready to eat straight from the pack and can also be used in cooking or for tapas!
Best enjoyed at room temperature, remove from packaging 25 - 30 minutes before serving.
