- Photos of your proposed build area 

- Your base to be perfectly flat and level

- To allow for 12 inches all the way around to work in

A revisit charge of £150 may apply if items are not checked prior to installation visit or the base area is misrepresented and not suitable when the fitting team arrive

Please note: A revisit charge of £150 may apply if the base area is not suitable when the fitting team arrive.

Prior to booking the installation: 

  1. Ensure you have a suitable base for your shed. It needs to be firm, flat & level 
  2. A minimum of 24” (61cm) additional spa around your chosen structure and that access to the build area is clear of obstruction
  3. Open and check all the parts are included and in good condition upon delivery All contents of the structure is kept near your build area
