The premium Alvivo is a robust aluminium structure featuring a wood-look heat transfer frame to create a rustic look, maintaining its high quality and durability. It comes with a half-split roof of adjustable double-skinned louvers providing superior resilience in various weather conditions, enhancing water tightness leaks and condensation. Along with its versatility and personalisation in protection from the elements. The pergola also comes with a simple but ingenious built-in guttering system that lets rainwater discreetly flow along channels in the roof louvers and down to the ground via the supporting legs of the structure, maintaining a clean and pristine outdoor environment.

The Alvivo pergola comes complete with 3 x pull-down side texteline screens for added privacy and protection which secures in place within a cassette and easily roll down to cover a full side, or lock into place at whatever height you prefer within the runners, ensuring a zip-style flow for easy operation. Deliveries are available to the UK mainland only, excluding PO Boxes, BFPO locations, and certain restricted postcodes.
Public holidays, regional holidays, and adverse weather may impact delivery times.
Additional transit days may be required for remote areas.
The following postcodes are excluded from our delivery services: IV4-IV11, IV14-IV28, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, IV63, ZE1-ZE3, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW17, KA27, KA28, PA20-PA80, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, HS, TR21-TR25. Further restrictions may apply to specific items.
Please note, for to the following postcodes AB, DD, DG ,EH ,FK ,G, IV ,KA ,KW ,KY, ML, PA, PH, TD initial contact can take up to 5 business days, and delivery lead time can take up to 8 business days from order confirmation.
Orders must be delivered within 15 business days of the first delivery attempt. If we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to stock and refunded to your original form of payment.
Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery.
Deliveries are carried out by common carriers, with either a 1 person or 2-person team.
An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.
The night before your delivery, you will receive a text message with a 3-hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call up to 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your delivery.
Deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable access to the destination area. Access must not compromise customer property or endanger delivery personnel or products.
If a product assembly is required, you need to ensure that there is somewhere that the delivery vehicle can be legally parked for the duration of the assembly.
Delivery is to a room of choice up to the 3rd floor without a lift. If a lift is available and the item fits, delivery can be made above the 3rd floor. Ensure there is adequate clearance and a clear path from the delivery vehicle to the final location. Doors, gates, and similar entry points cannot be removed by delivery personnel for access. Please remove anything fragile or of value from the delivery path.
