Exclusive to Costco, the Alvivo pergola features a half-split roof of adjustable louvers, offering versatility and personalisation in protection from the elements. The pergola also comes with a simple but ingenious built-in guttering system that lets rainwater discreetly flow along channels in the roof louvers and down to the ground via the supporting legs of the structure, maintaining a clean and pristine outdoor environment.

The pergola is fully equipped with inbuilt LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the interior and across the centre beam of the pergola, which can be switched between three lighting temperatures from Warm White to Cool White, creating a comfortable and enjoyable ambiance which recharges with the solar panel built into the roof.

The Alvivo pergola comes complete with side texteline screens for added privacy and protection which secures in place within a cassette and easily roll down to cover a full side, or lock into place at whatever height you prefer within the runners, ensuring a zip-style flow for easy operation. Care Instructions

Frame Care

Check fixings at the start of the season to ensure they are tight.
Check the gutter system and louvers are clear of leaves and debris that might hinder the water flow.

Weather Care

During extreme weather we recommend that the louvers and side screens are opened to help avoid any structural damage.

Frame Cleaning

Clean with fresh water and a sponge or cloth. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive materials. 

Please Note: This structure must be anchored using the appropriate screws based on the flooring which it is being anchored to (anchoring is not included as part of the installation service)

N.B. Please note a level foundation is required

Please check contents, footprint and measurements before installation. If you are enlisting the help of a third party to install this product, please ensure that all contents have been received in full and undamaged prior to arranging and paying for installation to take place. If you have damaged or missing parts, please contact our Customer Care team at: customercare@costco.co.uk. Accessories are not included.

The installation office will contact you to guide you smoothly through the process and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Prior to booking your install date (within 10 working days of delivery) the installers will telephone you to check the following:

1. That you have a suitable base for your product. It needs to be firm, flat & level (please note that additional revisit charges will apply if the installation cannot be completed due to the base not being suitable). We recommend concrete, slabs or a timber frame. Please note that your product cannot be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc as natural movement will affect the stability of the building.
2. That there is enough space to build your chosen structure and that access to the build area is clear of obstruction. A minimum of 24” (61cm) space is needed around the structure for the installers to work in.

3. That the contents have been checked in full and are free from damage. Costco is not liable for any revisit charges if this step has not been completed
4. Please note that the installation company is unable to carry the structure through your home so if there is not adequate access, provision for this must be made. Please note that the installation service does not include the removal of packaging, but will leave it tidily for the member to dispose of.

If the above steps have not been completed prior to installation date being agreed, Costco will not be liable for any revisit charges should the installation not be able to be completed.
