The standard height of every building is 2.5m externally which makes the design permitted development friendly, making planning permission rarely required.

Maintenance-free epoxy-coated steel with 80–100mm high-density insulation, protected between steel sheets and finished with a soft-sheen white ceiling.
Walls
Made in-house using recycled and recyclable materials, with 75mm eco-polymer insulation, a soft-sheen white interior and primed wood-effect composite exterior.
Floor
A robust steel construction with 80mm high-density insulation, protection against rising damp and decay, and an impressive 300kg per m² load capacity.
Doors & Windows
Stylish graphite coloured slimline doors and windows, built using steel-reinforced uPVC with A-rated, argon-filled double glazing and insurance-grade locks as standard.
