Delivery is by a common carrier, with ground floor positioning. With delivery of large boxes we ask that you please check you have enough space and a clear path with access to get the box or boxes from the delivery vehicle to the final destination. We regret that doors/gates, etc cannot be removed to gain access through doorways etc.

All orders must be delivered within 15 business days after contact from the delivery company. If the delivery company is unable to contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to inventory and refunded to your original form of payment.

Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Delivery is via a 2 person carrier and includes delivery to a room of your choice, packaging removal and full assembly.Due to the weight of this item we will only be able to deliver to a ground floor position.

Our delivery partners deliver between 7am and 8pm. The night before your delivery date, you can expect to receive a call, text or email notifying you of your 4 hour delivery window during which our delivery partners will arrive. On the day, you will receive a call or text an hour before delivery to confirm that your order is on the way to you, so you can be ready for their arrival.

Please check you have enough clearance space and a clear path with access to get the box(es) from the delivery vehicle to the final destination.Doors/gates etc. cannot be removed by our delivery partners to gain access into your property. Many of our small items can be returned via “My account” on the website and printing a return label. This label must be attached to the box being returned.

Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box. If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
