The motor is in the mixer head, so there’s no power loss between the motor and accessories. It’s also quiet and long lasting. The original planetary action provides fast, thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per rotation. The mixer comes with a 4.8L stainless steel mixer bowl which can process up to 1kg of all-purpose flour, 1L of whipped cream, 1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies(4). The mixer comes with accessories for sweet or savoury creations. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. You can also follow your passion by adding exciting optional attachments (sold separately) to the multipurpose attachment hub. Choose from speed 1 for a gentle stir, up to 6 for beating and creaming, and 10 for fast whipping. In fact, you can get perfectly whipped cream in less than a minute(2). From mixing cake batter for baking to whipping up meringue or kneading dough, just select your accessory and speed and off you go!
