Pre Delivery advice

To amend your chosen date after purchase the carrier will send you an email confirmation booking with the ability to amend your delivery date via their portal. Please note you can only amend your delivery up to two working days before your chosen delivery date at purchase.

Delivery & connection/ disposal can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment and must meet the installation requirements.

Please review the measurements under specifications to ensure that the appliance will have sufficient access through the property to the final destination. If access is restricted the carrier may not be able to complete the delivery to avoid damaging the property and appliance.

If you have ordered a wet installation, please ensure you have a blue isolation valve in good working condition.

If you have ordered with disposal please ensure the item is disconnected from the mains. Additionally, with disposal services please ensure the appliance is already empty [from Liquids, food and fully defrosted] for the carrier to be able to perform this service due to health and safety.

If Install only has been purchased the space must be clear of the old appliance or install will not proceed, Installers are unable to assist or wait for the uninstall to be done.

Disposal is only for like for like domestic appliances, and the carrier will not remove commercial appliances.
Delivery and Installation

Due to the size and weight of appliances we cannot deliver if there are more than one flight of stairs and no lift available.

If proper electrical outlets, gas or water supply shut-off valves, or venting sources are not available or located directly behind the appliance at the time of delivery, a complete installation will not take place.

Please note that items can not be installed should electrical extension cables , waste pipe extensions and or appliance stackers be required. Additionally, appliances can not be installed at height.

Please note that installers are not permitted to use Jubilee clip during the installation process.

Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area. This is to avoid the risk of damaging your property or the product, or jeopardising the safety of the delivery personnel. The recipient/s must be home at the time of delivery. An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.

With appliances please check you have enough space in your room of choice and a clear path with access to get the appliance from the delivery vehicle into your home. We regret that doors cannot be removed to gain access through doorways etc.

Delivery agents are not qualified carpenters, plumbers or electricians. No modifications can be made to the home, worktops, walls, cabinetry, splashback and we do not provide plumbing or electrical services.

Orders must be delivered within 20 business days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to stock and refunded to your original form of payment.

Please note that Installation and or Disposal are a NON - REFUNDABLE service, If an installation fails due to any of the points above, the service is still chargeable.

Please note we can only deliver to the UK mainland, excluding Post Office boxes and BFPO.

Items purchased online can be returned at any of our UK warehouses if you are a warehouse member.

Many of our small items can be returned via “My account” on the website and printing a return label. This label must be attached to the box being returned.

Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box. If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
