The Striploin is the finest of all cuts, ideal for En Croute or Chateaubriand.

Nigel Sampson (Managing Director) founded Holme Farmed Venison back in the early ninety’s after farming on the Isle of Jura in Scotland, an Island where people are out-numbered 30 to 1 by Red Deer!

Holme Farmed Vension cuts are produced from their own and associated parks and farms conforming to all the highest welfare standards, with full traceability and quality assurance. Their animals are naturally reared on grass pastures guaranteeing a beautifully flavoured lean and tender red meat.

Venison is one of the healthiest meats available, low in cholesterol and fat, and high in protein. It has also recently been found to be high in omega 3 fatty acids, a polyunsaturated fatty acid essential for good health.
