Further restrictions may apply to specific items. Please note, for to the following postcodes AB, DD, DG ,EH ,FK ,G, IV ,KA ,KW ,KY, ML, PA, PH, TD initial contact can take up to 5 business days, and delivery lead time can take up to 8 business days from order confirmation. Orders must be delivered within 15 business days of the first delivery attempt. If we are unable to establish contact after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to stock and refunded to your original form of payment. Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email to arrange delivery. Deliveries are carried out by common carriers, with either a 1 person or 2-person team. Ensure there is adequate clearance and a clear path from the delivery vehicle to the final location. Doors, gates, and similar entry points cannot be removed by delivery personnel for access. Please remove anything fragile or of value from the delivery path.
