Delivery is via a 2 person carrier, to an outdoor area or to your garage. Our carrier will contact you via phone, text or email.

Costco’s customer satisfaction guarantee and returns policy does not apply to special order merchandise, custom merchandise and installed merchandise. However your legal rights are unaffected. Items purchased online can be returned at any of our UK warehouses if you are a warehouse member.

Many of our small items can be returned via “My account” on the website and printing a return label. This label must be attached to the box being returned.

Please securely pack the items you intend to return in a box. If you are using the original packaging, be sure to remove the delivery label.
