The hob features six high quality brass-ringed gas burners, plus a very useful integrated solid stainless steel griddle, powered by an electric element. The griddle - a great asset in everyday cooking, even as a heated standing area - removes for ease of cleaning, and comes with a stainless steel lid to keep it looking tidy. The hob itself is pressed from a single sheet of steel, with spill wells for two burners to minimise mess. The nicely designed cast iron pan supports also bridge two burners. A wok support is also supplied, and a sit-on half-ribbed cast iron griddle is also available.
