Estate Argyros Cuvee Monsignori Santorini 2017 is a full bodied white wine from the Assyrtiko grapes hand-picked from the oldest vines (over 200 years) of the Estate Argyros. The strict selection of the grapes and the low yields of the old vines highlight the earthy characteristics of the Assyrtiko grape. Estate Argyros wine is the full expression of the variety, the sandy and volcanic soils and the micro-climate of Santorini, Greece.

Tasting Notes:

A complex wine with a strong personality, there are bright yellow hues and delicate aromas of citrus fruits and minerals, providing a balanced acidity and long finish.

Serving Suggestion:

Best served at 10-12°C with fish, poultry, pork and smoked cheeses.
