This Vosne-Romané:e Premier Cru Beaux Monts is symbolized overall by elegance, supported by rather discrete tannins and a touch of acidity. This fleshy wine has great length and is very aromatic, its nose highlighting perfumes of cherry, strawberry and undergrowth. It is ideal with classic meat dishes, such as lightly grilled lamb, game and mature, strongly flavoured cheeses. This will age at least 10 years according to vintage and cellar conditions.

Enjoy with grilled and roasted red meats, casseroles/stews and mature strong cheese.
