Château Les Alberts produces a vibrant red wine full bodied with notes of spice and cherries, that will go perfectly with cold cuts, grilled beef and well-made cheeses. The bottle can be decantered before the meal which promotes the development of the bouquet. Best served at 16°C - 17°C. Awarded Gold Médaille Lyon (Concours International de Lyon) 2015. ABV 13%.
Château Artix Minervois Les Murailles 2016, 75cl: The wine estate Château Artix has been in family ownership for generations. The vineyards are ideally situated on hills near the Mediterranean coast and produce a wine with lots of red fruits, some spices and woody tones. The vinification is traditional with quality-oriented plowing and manual grape harvest. Serve this delicious southern wine at 16°C - 18°C. ABV 13.5%.
Château La Blanque Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2015, 75cl: The Château La Blanque wine domaine has been owned by the Darribehaude family for over a century and a half. This vineyard covers 12 hectares of vines planted in clay/limestone and silica soils. These consistent soils result in a well-balanced wine composed of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It displays a deep ruby red hue and dense nose dominated by fresh red fruits. The palate is smooth and well-balanced with silky tannins. This wine is ideal with a fillet of beef 'Rossini' with foie gras or turkey in a morel mushroom sauce. Enjoy served between 16°C - 18°C. ABV 14%.
Cuvee Guntrano Côtes Du Rhône Cuilleras 2016, 75cl: The domain ''La Guintrandy'' is located in the ''Enclave des Papes'' of Visan Village (Rhône Valley). Olivier Cuilleras is the sixth generation of winegrowers. He prides himself not to filter red wine in order to preserve its bouquet and authenticity. This Côtes Du Rhône is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes, with a bright ruby-purple colour. There is a rich and complex nose with hints of prune and spices, especially white pepper. Ideal to serve with Mediterranean foods such as spicy meat, pasta dishes and stews. This wine would benefit from being decanted prior to serving. ABV 14%.
Domaine du Grand Tinel Chateauneuf-Du-Pape 1999, 75cl: Alexis Establet, the ancestor who is at the origin of the vineyard, was born at the time when the terrior and county passed from the sovereignty of the holy siege to France. A Southern Rhône Red Blend of grapes, producing an aroma of dried fruits, figs and raisins, with a peppery finish. ABV 14%.
Costières De Nîmes Château d'Or et de Gueules Les Cimels 2016, 75cl: A blend of Syrah, Carignan (macération carbonique) and Grenache grapes, all fermentated separately with long traditional extractions (28 days) for the Syrah and carbonic maceration for the Carignan. The wine is aged in tank for 2 years in order to have velvet round tannins. Deep coloured, spicy and concentrated mouth with a very good length. There is a complex nose of dark fruits, freshly cracked black pepper and herbs de Provence. The palate is full bodied with rich, juicy fruit filling the mouth. This wine is really ample and marked by elegance. Enjoy served between 10°C - 12°C. ABV 13.5%.
