Distilled in the heart of London’s East End, 58 Gin is handcrafted using nine select botanicals and the finest English wheat spirit. 58 Gin Single Shot Gin is produced in a traditional manner using beautiful alembic copper stills. The distinctive smooth and clean taste of 58 is largely down to the single shot distillation process where the head and tail parts are cut off (the spirit produced first and last in distillation) leaving more of the heart. This removes any initial sharpness or unpleasant aftertaste and is replaced with a crisp taste and a soft finish.
58 Gin Distilled Sloe Gin is distilled with locally sourced Sloe berries infused into the classic London Dry Gin. After infusion comes redistillation, a process which adds to the bursting high notes of cherry and vanilla but doesn't shake the solid foundation of a classic Sloe Gin. This is an all season companion to tonics and cocktails.
Angelica - A mild curry flavour, with crisp celery notes.
