The Globber by Plum® Go Up Deluxe with Lights suits kids from 15 months to 9 years of age. With three riding modes (ride-on, walking bike and scooter) and a patented folding system for scooter mode, this is a great scooter as they grow. Fixed steering can be adjusted so kids can only go back and forth, and the height adjustable T-Bar helps the scooter grow with kids.
