This rosé is made from grapes from the vineyard in Spain named 'Los Almendros' meaning 'Almonds', where the altitude and weather conditions provide the most delicate, fresh and fruity grapes with rich flavour.

100% garnacha grapes are harvested manually in September in order to achieve the perfect balance between alcohol degree, colour and acidity. After harvesting, the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition.

The wine is made through the traditional system of sangrado meaning indentation, so that the juice is macerated together with the skins and racked for fermentation at 15°C, in order to provide vibrant colour and a fruity aroma. The wine exhibits an attractive and bright petal pink colour, offering aromas of red fruits and raspberries.
