Herb Fed free range birds are free to roam in acres of unfenced pasture in North Yorkshire and sleep in secure huts bedded daily with straw. The chickens are fed on a highly nutritious feed of locally produced fresh herbs and a corn based diet free from any growth promoters.

- 2kg Chicken Drumsticks - Meaty drumsticks with tender and juicy lean meat ready to fall off the bone. Perfect for BBQ’s, summer picnic’s or family parties.
- 2kg (8) skinless chicken fillets - Generously portioned chicken breasts ideal for those dishes where you need a quickly cooked and tender meat, such as stir fry, hearty curry or risotto.
- 1.4kg (8) Oyster Cut Thighs - Our thighs are oyster cut which means we cut at the hip joint, leaving the succulent dark meat at the top of the thigh bone. The bone also distributes the meat evenly ensuring a succulent & juicy full flavour. Chicken thighs are ideal, and can be an economical alternative, for slower cooked dishes where flavour and the juicy, darker cuts are important.
