Mushroom & Spinach with Hazelnuts & White Truffle Oil Pie (6 x 260g Pies)
Pan fried field mushrooms mixed with wilted spinach and a béchamel sauce and finished with hazelnuts and a white truffle oil. The flat field mushrooms are enhanced by the truffle oil which wonderfully accentuates the autumnal earthy tones of the mushroom. Perfect when served with lightly buttered seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
