Topping's Pies Storage & Cooking Instructions

Topping's Mature Cheddar and Onion Quiches are hand made using only the highest quality ingredients. A vegetarian pastry case lovingly filled with a delicious mixture of fresh eggs and evaporated milk, combined with mature cheddar cheese, fresh onions and pepper. Topping's ethos has always been about taste and flavour, and this mature cheddar and onion quiche is a celebration of both.

Serves approximately 8 servings based on a 163g portion.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0 - 4℃. Once opened, consume within 7 days.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze in a thick freezer bag with all air removed before freezing. To defrost, remove all packaging and place on a cooling rack (not on a plate or the pastry will have a soggy bottom), cover and put in a cool dry place preferably overnight until fully defrosted and placed in the refrigerator.
