The secret to producing delicious British Charcuterie is to use only the finest of ingredients starting with Freedom Food approved pork reared on a family farm. As authentic artisan producers, selected herbs are used to enhance the flavour, while the salami is cured and air dried in a traditional way similar to that of Italy and Spain. It can take up to four months for some of the salami to mature and as with everything produced, there is a lot of love and care that goes in to making them.

A blend of salt, garlic and fennel seeds is added to the finest cuts of pork along with other herbs and garlic before gently smoking over oak and beech chippings. The Suffolk Salami is made on a family run farm in Suffolk using pork which is reared and produced to RSPCA approval standards. The salami is ready to eat or can be used to spice up your favourite dish. Great when added to spaghetti bolognaise, chicken and fish.
