Kirkham's Lancashire is a traditional English cheese with a moist, crumbly texture, a yoghurt/ buttery flavour and beautiful back notes of lemon and grass with a lactic finish. This unpasteurised cow's milk cheese is made in the traditional way, using 2 day milk, cloth binding and buttering by Graham Kirkham, using the exact method his great grandmother employed.
Perfect as part of a ploughman's lunch or cheese board, with pickles and a cold glass of beer.
