A semi hard truly artisan English cheese made with cow's milk from local farms as well as the producer's own herd. The cheese is creamy under the rind and slightly crumbly at the core. It is hand made and wrapped in edible nettles which help to keep the cheese moist as well as imparting a wonderful mushroom aroma. The core of the cheese has a fresh, lemony taste and a delicate aroma.

Eats wonderfully with a fruit chutney, some warm crusty bread and accompanied by a light red wine or a fruity white wine.
