The cheese layers (from top to bottom tier) include:
Artisan Perl Wen, 200g - One of Wales' best loved cheeses, Perl Wen is a unique cross between a traditional Brie and a caerffili. Developed by dairy owner Carwyn Adams on their family farm, this cheese has a fresh citrus flavour with hints of sea salt (H 4 cm x D 9 cm).
Colston Bassett Baby Stilton, 2.2kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses, this handmade blue cheese is full-bodied with a creamy, crumbly texture (H 13 cm x D 16 cm).
Cornish Yarg, 1.7kg - Made in Cornwall, this fresh, creamy cheese is coated with fresh nettle leaves. The edible leaf wrap imparts a delicate, mushroom taste and develops a bloomy, white appearance (H 8 cm x D 18 cm).
Truffle Gloucester, 4kg - This farmhouse, natural rind Gloucester cheese is made using Organic milk made solely from the cheesemaker's herd of cow's, before being infused with Truffle Hunter's Black Summer Truffles. The cheese has a striking line of black truffle running through the centre and has a firm and cumbly texture (H 8 cm x D 24 cm).

Storage Information: Refrigerate cheeses until needed, then unwrap, assemble and decorate accordingly. All components of this cake will have at least 14 days life, with some having considerably more. However, shelf life can be significantly reduced when cut into and left unrefrigerated.
