Rated 1 out of 5 by Anka1 from Poor quality. Poor service. I bought this item in March. It was delivered later than planned (apparently Costco was let down by their supplier). The item has a poor stitching quality and a wonky shape/cut which means that the pouffe does not sit flatly on the floor. There is a double stitch pattern on the top of the pouffe which I didn't expect (it is not visible on the website photo). The overall quality and craftsmanship is very poor. I have raised this with Costco customer service upon delivery (8th April) and have provided them with photos. Six weeks later they are still chasing their supplier for an answer. I am really disappointed with the quality of service from Costco.
