Château de l'Eglise - AOP Côtes de Bordeaux Rouge 2015, 75cl: Beautiful dark red in colour with a blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc grapes. The nose reveals fruit hints including intense cherry flavours. In the mouth, there are elegant aromas, as the fruitiness is followed up with subtle toasted notes. 13% ABV. Château Beau Chêne - AOP Bordeaux Rouge 2017, 75cl: Garnet light colour with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. Fruity nose of red and black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry). The palate is powerful, rich and full-bodied surrounded by tight tannins. Nice finish with a discreet vegetal background. 13.5% ABV. Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge 2018 - Gold.
Château Maine Pascaud - AOP Côtes de Bordeaux Rouge 2016, 75cl: A silky and supple red wine with a beautiful ruby colour. The fruity characteristics of the great Bordeaux wines with a blend of 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec grapes. Wine with a nice balance, and a delicate vanilla note at the end, brought by an ageing interlude in oak barrels. 13.5% ABV. Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge 2017 - Gold.
Château Couvent des Cordeliers - AOP Bordeaux Rouge 2016, 75cl: Elegant garnet colour with a blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc grapes. Clean nose with floral and fruity hints (blackcurrant, cherry). Straight and balance palate with velvet tannins. This wine is pleasantly dominated by fresh fruit flavours. A soft and sappy Bordeaux which calls for a grilled red meat. 13.5% ABV. Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge 2017 - Gold.
