Taken only from rare or traditional breeds, Taste Tradition's rump steaks are aged for a minimum of 21 days to give a fuller flavour and ultimately improve your eating experience. Cut from the rump of the animal, these muscles work hard meaning lots of flavour and a firm texture.
Based in the North York Moors National Park, Taste Tradition are experts in rare & traditional breeds with a high focus on animal welfare and traditional farming. These breeds traditionally take longer to mature, and require extensive farming, but the result is fabulous marbling which leads to the great flavour that this meat delivers. The grass-based diet leads to a magnificent creamy-soft yellow coloured fat which is also high in Omega 3 Oils.
