Koshitsukano Brewery was founded in the first year of Tenmei (1781). The company uses its own unique Tskukano yeast and follow the shikomi method of production for their sake.  This sake is presented in a traditionally styled 1.8L sake barrel.

Tasting Notes:

Serve warm, room temperature or chilled

A slightly dry style of sake with light floral notes and a unique light taste. 

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with sushi, ramen, tempura and other traditional Japanese foods.
