Located high up on the Cote de Beaune, the terrain is very calcareous at the top of the hill with light and chalky white limestone as the slope descends. Volnay is 100% Pinot Noir and has an ageing potential of 10 years.

Tasting Notes:

Fruity notes of black cherry and wild strawberry on the nose with sweet and spicy hints. Strong start on the palate settling into a rich and elegant finish.

Pairs well with game poultry or pork dishes.
