Located at the foot of the famous Solutré rock in the region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in East France, the vines terroir consists of clay-limestone soils, allowing the vines to find moisture. 100% Chardonnay, this wine was aged in temperature-controlled vats on lies for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:

A delicate gold colour, notes of peach and pear are present on the nose intertwining with acacia and honeysuckle. Full Bodied on the palate balanced with an elegant freshness.

Pairing Suggestions:

A perfect aperitif, or pairs well when served with fried fish, white meat or cheeses.
