In 2017, during the growing season, Napa Valley received some much needed record-breaking winter rainfall. This helped replenish the groundwater and the vines, delaying budbreak and bloom compared to the three previous years. With the regular heat spikes in the warm summer and fall months, 2017 was similar to the growing seasons of 1997 and 2015.

Tasting Notes:

A medium-well bodied wine with blueberry, blackberry and baking spice aromas. The palate unfolds layers of raspberry, red cherry, nutmeg and cedar. The wine has a long, fresh finish.
