Four Vines Old Vine Zinfandel Lodi, 75cl

Grown in the Lodi Region of California, Four Vines Old Vines Zinfandel vineyards are between 30 to 50 years old.  Only yielding a small amount of grape clusters with intensely flavoured berries, the zinfandel grapes are picked in the cool night and early morning and transported straight to the winery. It is then de-stemmed and fermented for seven to nine days and gently racked into a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak for malolactic fermentation and twelve months of aging. This gives the Old Vines Zinfandel a bold flavour and body.
