Four Vines Biker Paso Robles Zinfandel, 75cl

Grown in Paso Robles, Four Vines Zinfandel vines are between 30 to 70 years old. Only yielding a small amount of intensely flavoured berries, the zinfandel grapes are picked in the cool night and early morning and transported straight to the winery. It is then de-stemmed and fermented for seven to nine days and gently racked into a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak for malolactic fermentation and twelve months of aging. 

Tasting Notes: 

Spicy aromas with notes of black cherry. Hints of wild blackberry, plum flavours with hints of black pepper and sweet, toasted oak on the palate.
