Located in the heart of Burgundy, Domaine Gaston and Pierre Ravaut is a family business rooted just at the foot of the hillside of Corton extending across 12 hectares of land. The Burgundy vineyards differ from other French vineyards due to extreme fragmentation.

Tasting Notes:

Strong scents of ripe dark and red fruit, laced with toasty and mineral notes. A rounded mouth with a brilliant fruit concentration and a touch of savoury and spice. Generous but soft tannins giving way to a long finish.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with beef, game, veal and poultry dishes.
