From the eastern side of the plateau, the vines are planted on limestone soil, with clay-limestone slopes and sandy-clay at the foot. This is a blend of 74% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Carmenere and 1% Malbec that has been aged for 20 months including 18 months in a barrel.

Tasting Notes:

Notes of vanilla and oak with flavours of blackberry and plum. Fine and elegant tannins with good length of the finish.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with beef, game, lamb and poultry dishes.
