Dead Man’s Finger was created at the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall. The creation is a blend of Caribbean rum and spices with Cornish inspired flavours such as Saffron Cake, spiced fruit and the Shack’s own Pedro Ximenez ice cream.

Tasting Notes:

Hints of saffron and dried fruit, creamy caramel followed by vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Subtly sweet undertones of orange.
