Produced in the Loire Valley in the 1600's, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur is made from the finest red and black raspberries. The berries are mixed with the finest French spirits and the finest XO Cognac and infused for six weeks to create a rich and silky infusion and flavours of Madagascan vanilla, honey and Moroccan citrus peel.

Tasting Notes:

Rich and fruity with notes of raspberry and citrus. The Cognac brings out dark fruit notes and the sweetness of berries to create a well rounded flavour.

4 Parts Champagne

- Pour your champagne into a coupe glass

- Add a splash of Chambord

- Garnish with a black raspberry
