Whitworths Icing Sugar is fine ground white sugar produced from sugar Beet sourced from France and is ideal for decorating, mixing and creating. This contains an anti-caking agent Tricalcium Phosphate to prevent clumping and is great for use in baking, delicate desserts, decorating and confectionary. This white free-flowing powder is a sweet tasting mineral, free from abnormal odours, flavours and visible extraneous matter. It meets or exceeds the requirements of EC Regulation No. 793/72 fixing the standard quality for white sugar.
