Lee Kum Kee Rice Vinegar is brewed with rice using traditional solid fermentation techniques, providing a distinctive lustrous amber colour, aromatic rice fragrant and well-balanced flavour vinegar. The taste of sour is soft and long lasting. It is great to be used for preparation of Cantonese BBQ, such as roast duck and crispy pork. Also ideal for pickling, as a dressing or dipping sauce mix and as seasoning.
