Roberts Bakery was established by Robert Roberts who began a bread baking and grocery apprenticeship in Salford at the ripe old age of 11. Robert opened his first shop in Northwich in 1887 selling and delivering yummy groceries to the locals. 4 generations later and 125 years in, Roberts have opened a third bakery in Northwich and opened a state-of-the-art test kitchen called The Exploratory, whilst winning a range of awards for their bread.
