When you purchase your Dublin Pass, an eVoucher will be emailed to you normally within 24 hours. Please make sure that you double-check your email address when you place your order. You must present your printed eVoucher to The Dublin Pass to one of the redemption centres as your proof of purchase until you exchange it for your pass.

Dublin Pass - 3 Day Ticket:

  • Adult Ages: 16+
  • The Dublin Pass is valid for use within 12 months following date of purchase unless otherwise specified
  • Once activated it will expire at the end of 3 consecutive days

How to Redeem:

  • Print and bring your Dublin Pass eVoucher to one of the redemption centres to receive your pass
  • You will receive the eTicket/eVouchers normally within 24 hours via e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered. To ensure delivery of your eTickets/eVouchers emails to your inbox, please add costco.co.uk@ticketops.com to your e-mail address book or safe list. If you have not received your eTickets/eVouchers within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Trash mail folder.

Leisure Pass Terms & Conditions:

  • Please keep your Dublin Pass safe as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced
  • The Dublin Pass may only be used by the cards signatory
  • The Dublin Pass is valid for consecutive calendar days as appropriate
  • Plan your itinerary carefully. Your pass is activated from first use (scan barcode)
  • Activation is recommended first thing in the morning to make maximum
  • use of the card benefits. If you experience any difficulties when using the card please contact the customer services helpdesk on 0207 293 0972
  • The Dublin Pass entitles holders admission to attractions without further payment
  • Admission is subject to the pass being valid and to there being sufficient value remaining on the card
  • The Dublin Pass is valid for use within 12 months following date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Once activated it will expire at the end of consecutive days purchased
  • The Dublin Pass is not valid for return visits to any facility
  • Visits to facilities are voluntary and at the card holder risk

      If your order was delivered "Kerb side", it will need to be available for kerb side pick up.
      If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
