High quality at low prices – how do we do it?

We offer you low prices on a limited selection of national brands and private-label products in a wide choice of categories. This shopping concept produces high sales volumes. High sales volumes, bundled items and bigger sizes allow us to lower packaging, distribution and handling costs.

We pass our savings onto you as lower prices.

What brands do we sell?

We have a wide choice of international, national household and professional brands ranging from Apple and Samsung through to Fairy detergents and Huggies nappies as well as our Kirkland Signature brand, designed to be of equal or better quality than national brands.

What products do we sell?

We sell a wide choice of products for your home, business and leisure: TVs, cameras, computers, tablets, sat navs, audio systems, household appliances, furniture, video games, toys, sports and fitness equipment, food and drink, flowers, health and beauty products, automotive, DIY, garden equipment, office supplies and office equipment.

Why do our products change so frequently?

We always like to give our customers the best deals, so they’re usually only available for a limited time: when it’s gone, it’s gone! We call it a treasure hunt.




Our website is available to you whether or not you are a member of our Costco Warehouse club – but you need to register first to shop, which only takes a few seconds.

Maintaining an active Costco warehouse membership does not automatically register you on You will need to complete a New Registration if you have not previously registered on

Your membership number is not linked to your account until you add it at the time of registration, or by updating your information in the My Account section.

Not registered to use

If you have not already registered to use, you will need to either complete the "New Registration" section found in the ‘Login or Register’, top right (see Fig. 5) or you will be prompted to login or register at the checkout.

Then follow these 2 easy steps: Step 1. Please enter the fields marked with an asterisk * and tick the appropriate boxes, then click ‘Register’.

Step 2. To complete your registration, please enter the fields marked with an asterisk * and click ‘Save Details’.

Already registered to use

Just enter your email address and password fields and we’ll direct you to your account (see ‘My Account’ for more details).


Your Account

My Account is where all your details are stored: contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order history (Fig 6) and email preferences.

You can:
  • Add multiple payment and delivery addresses
  • Change your security password
  • Check the status of recently placed orders
  • View your order history
  • Update your email preferences

What happens if I’ve forgotten my password?

Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the ‘Login or Register’ page, then it will prompt you to add in your email address. We will email a new temporary password to you.
